141 In a Box :

This PC based system fully organizes and integrates all record data including; ground and flight lessons, aircraft scheduling, aircraft dispatch, accounting, aircraft maintenance, and billing and credit card processing as well as electronically storing all student/renter documentation (medical certificate, license information, TSA documentation, photos, etc.). Generating detailed or summary reports or responding to government audits is as simple as clicking a button.

Students and Flight Instructors utilize networked PC workstations for the Part 141 FAA approved training curriculum and Stage Exam testing. The product suite tracks student progress records, flight and ground time, examinations and student grades and is completely automated and all financial accounting data can either be printed or exported directly to QuickBooks® or other similar applications. And, with several levels of security, everyone from students to flight school owners can access the same system at the appropriate access level. Students can easily view their progress, flight instructors can quickly plan for required upcoming lessons, and Chief Flight Instructors and owners can review the business operations at any time.

Schools can now get FAA Part 141 certification without all the legwork and effort of the traditional process and in such a short time that the only time constraint is the review and inspection schedule limitations of their local Flight Standards District Office. Paperless141 provides a complete turnkey system consisting of all client workstations, servers, scanners, signature tablets, credit card readers, networking equipment, battery backup and software preconfigured for each school. The school provides a dedicated Internet connection with a static IP address, airplanes and instructors.

Paperless141 will provide you with templates for the required letters, forms, applications and training course outlines for submission to the schools local FAA Flight Standards District Office (FSDO).

The application package will be reviewed by the local FSDO and upon acceptance, the on-site inspections are conducted. Once the school is approved the system then automatically manages all the administration and record keeping aspects of the school. Since everything is done electronically there are no records to get lost or disorganized. All data entry is done via menu-driven options and the software incorporates sophisticated error checking of all data to ensure that the records are accurate and complete.
